Follow along with our personal trainers as they lead your workout and help
you get results. With iFit’s Resistance Control technology, your
coach takes control of the resistance on your bike to realistically match
the terrain of your workout. When your trainer goes up a hill, you’ll feel
the burn.

Cross-Train with the Included Hand Weights

This bike isn’t only about toning your legs. Two 3-pound dumbbells are
included with the Studio Pro so you can follow your trainer on and off
your bike in cross-training workouts that will pump your upper body
